Our Policies

Cancellation Policy: To cancel an appointment, you must give us a 24 hour notice. Your credit card will not be charged if you cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. For late cancellations ( less than 24 hours notice prior to scheduled appointment ), a 100% fee of scheduled service price will be charged to your credit card. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals .If you arrive late( 10 minutes or more), your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time

And although we LOVE children,

we do NOT allow them in our treatment rooms. We do not have extra staff available to watch them, so please make arrangements for child care so that you can enjoy your treatment.
